Liz was in touch leading up to the wedding; she was just at the end of the phone if I needed anything or even just a chat when I got stressed. They went out of their way to help us beyond our expectations from our first meeting to our big day. The cars were lovely comfortable and sparkling clean. On the day Richard made sure he was with us with lots of time to spare and knew the route very well in advance, which meant one less thing to worry about.
